The Glenview Park District invites qualified Independent Certified Public Accountants licensed in the State of Illinois to submit proposals for auditing services for fiscal years ending April 30, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Proposals due by 2:00 pm on February 23, 2022. Download bid packet.

On Friday, October 8, 2021, 7 bids were received for Banking Services.  At the November 18, 2021 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to Glenview Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank, for banking services through December 1, 2026, pending contract review by the District Attorney. The District found Wintrust’s proposal to be the best qualified based on the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP.

On Friday, September 24, 2021, 3 bids were received for Summer Bus Services. At the October 28, 2021 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to First Student, of Naperville, IL in the amount of $45,626.75. For more information, contact Joe Pollina at joe.pollina@glenviewparks.org.

On Thursday, February 25, 2021, 3 bids were received for Waste Disposal and Recycling Services.  At the March, 18, 2021 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to Lakeshore Recycling Systems, of Morton Grove, IL in the amount of $116,382.61. Click here to review the Bid Tabulation Sheet.

On Thursday, January 23, 2020, 3 bids were received for Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Services.  At the February 27, 2020 Park Board meeting, this work was awarded to ILT Vignocci of Wauconda, IL in the amount of $143,254.65 per year, for the next three years of service.

On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, four bids were received for the Glenview Community Ice Center Furniture project. At the February 27, 2020 Park Board meeting the project was awarded to Henricksen of Itasca, Illinois in the amount of $96,539.81.

On Friday, September 27, 2019, 3 bids were received for Camp Bus Transportation. At the October 24, 2019 Park Board meeting, this bid was awarded to First Student based out of Naperville, IL for $72,449.

On Thursday, November 29, 2018, eight (8) bids were received for the Park Center – HVAC Replacement Project.
